Therefore, submit family friendly entries. You are not required to submit proof you created any submitted work, but if you are caught cheating you will be banned from all official contests. Forever. Each First Place winner will receive the Contest Winner badge, 9 Togs for use in the Tog Shop and either an Exotic Giffie-Pet Ticket or a Giffie-Pet Rename Token. 
Each Second Place winner will receive the Contest Second Place badge, 6 Togs and either a Giffie-Pet Ticket or a Giffie-Pet Blurb Token. Each Third Place will receive the Contest Third Place/Entry badge, 3 Togs and a Secret Service Message of their choice (within reason) placed above their house. All participants will get 1.5 Tog! To qualify, your entry must follow the rules and show a little effort.

The COUNCIL can enter, because saying they're a group moderating means they aren't one person who could tip things in their in personal interest.
A moderator can't, because they're not a group and thus could tip things to their own interest. :P

[sammie h!], [Stephen] told you when you volunteered to help with this wiki that it meant you wouldn't be able to submit an entry because you were helping moderate, because it would be unfair for the reasons he just restated. That didn't mean every single Council member. So...um. I hope people resubmit their entries! Please?!
