I don't know why the banner HTML is broken, or why there's half of a divider html at the top. There's no text that should make it appear.

no worries, had I known it wasn't a technical question I'd have referred you there in the first place.
vanguards are basically tech-support, the contractors office is to submit new pages :)

This competition doesn't start until February 2012.

the main reason I didn't is simply that I am not into pagebuilding anymore. I've made my fair share but lots has changed in the past 5 years. Plus: there's actual staff for that ;)
another reason is that I hardly ever respond to requests like this in a PM because then I end up giving the same advice to different members over and over, while by posting it on a wiki, other members can read the advice too.

so, again, it isn't my intention to be rude, I just have learned to do my job as efficient as possible since I don't have that much time...
