Today was cool. Except the fact that my back, my shoulders, and my neck and killin me. I am super sore!! Benching the bar and only the bar is making me hurt!...gosh im weak... so if anyone out their is really good at giving massages help me haha

K today a soccer practice it was kinda scary haha. It looked like their was gonna be a tornado....though i would probably be that idiot standing in front of the tornado taking pictures with my digital cam hahaha
