All I wanted was to be with you.
I wanted to be yours and you to be mine.
I remember thinking I could never have you, that you were to good.
And then one day my dreams came true, I had you!
You were mine and I was yours.
The nights we spent together, laughing at each other, for no reason at all.
The days we spent doing nothing but hanging out and enjoying every minute of it.
And then one night I'll never forget was the night you came home and I was YOUR regret.
The day was perfect all was well and then something happened as if all my stars were aligned.
I lost the one I loved forever.
And realized it was over.
And now looking back, I realize the one I love the most is also the one who hurts me the most.
Forever will I be in love with you but never will I fall victim to loves stupid games again.
Love is a fairytale and should never be told.
For I have realized that all love holds is an end that hurts more than a knife to the heart.
