This is a poem i wrote for my best friend

Sitting here thinking of you, I start to think about the things I loved most
The sound of your voice, the feeling I felt when you held me, knowing that your there no matter what
There all running through my mind, I cant keep up
Cant keep up with all the memories
They all seam to blend together, becoming one
Time goes by so slowly, it feels like a life time
I have all this pain and sorrow that I don’t know how to let go
Don’t know how to deal with
You will always be in my heart and mind
You are the one treasure I didn’t want to let go
didn’t want to lose
But now that your gone, I have to let go and say goodbye
Why dose goodbye seam to be the hardest thing I have to say
I can feel the tears that fill my eyes
Every time the wind blows I hear it whisper your name
As I look up at the bright shining stars, I see they spell out your name
As I stare at the silvery moon, I see your beautiful face
The beautiful face I will never forget, the face of an angle
The angle that will always be there, even throw your far away
I know I’m not alone, you are by my side
Watching over me, guiding me, showing me the way
I know that things will never be the same but if I keep you in my heart, then your memory will live on
Live on in everyone that loved you, that cared, that wanted the best for you
Its hard to think that your not coming back but I will never forget the love and the memories we shared
Till we meet again in that peaceful place, I want you to know that I will never stop thinking of you and the time we got to share before you were take from this world
