Something Wild is a musical album released in 1997 by Finnish melodic death metal band Children of Bodom.

The album, which is Children of Bodom's debut, presents a darker and generally more experimental sound than the one present in their later albums. Use of keyboards is more suppressed than in the Hatebreeder or Follow the Reaper. The "Deluxe Edition" was released in 2002 with bonus material.

The opening of the song "The Nail" is extracted from the movie Ben-Hur.
