Six months later and much has happened. There are knights from the crusades getting closer and closer to them, some of their patrols have even been killed... The patrols were gutted, their wings taken, as well as any of their weapons and talisman.They were brutal killings. At first the council had been divided, sense the patrol that had been killed was Light Fey only, the Light Fey had been accusing the Dark Fey of treason... It wasn't until a small group of Dark and Light Fey children had been attacked-injured mostly, and one Dark Fey child had died later from her injuries. The children were at least able to give them a description of what to look for.. They were like Fey, without magic or wings it seems, and rode horses, beasts of the plains. Now the council was gathering to decided what was best to do... Fight back and cause war, try and come up with a peace treaty with these beings, or run from the only home they had ever known. It's just now dawn and in the chilly early winter air..The council meets.

Kouvu sat in his place among the other council members and the priestess... They were all discussing what to do... It was an argument they'd been over every day for the last month.. But sense none of them could agree, and asking their people wasn't any better, here they were...About to spend another full day talking about it. For right now though, they were quiet..It was only dawn and not everyone was there.

Caledonia had been hiding for nearly five months now.. Right after finding out about her pregnancy. No child had ever been concieved during the festival of the Hunter and Maiden, though that was almost always the goal.. She didn't know what the council would do, she was afraid they would take her child away... As for the father.. She had yet to tell him either. She wasn't sure what Torran would think, say or do... She didn't even know how he felt about children... After the festival she'd been to shy to really talk to him...And then she just went into hiding once she felt the baby growing. Now, she was laying on the edge of the hot springs, letting the steam help ease her aching muscles and joints. She had her eyes closed, relaxing a little.

Airabella was watching the council from her perch in the tree, wondering if they would come to any sort of conclusion today.. She was bundled up in a cloak and gloves, but it was still a little chilly and she was shivering.
