2009-03-15 [Boomnesss]: O.O

2009-03-15 [♥Eli-Annai♥]: hello! People get here! We need to get ot work! this is such an easy subject!

2009-03-15 [Eccentrifuge]: Agreed. Christianity is different in all too many ways. ^_^

2009-03-16 [GlassCasket]: mmhm mmhm...so let me kick this off by asking who do you guys think should be our speaker?

2009-03-17 [Boomnesss]: .>

<.<

*shrugs*

2009-03-17 [Eccentrifuge]: I wouldn't mind being speaker. ^_^

2009-03-19 [GlassCasket]: sure thing i vote mirokou guy! XD

2009-03-20 [Eccentrifuge]: Yaay! XD

2009-03-25 [♥Eli-Annai♥]: Okay, the first thing I want ot know before he is voted in, is are you a Christian Mirokou?

2009-04-13 [Eccentrifuge]: Well, not exactly. I am severly agnostic, and open to every single religion. I consider myself a 'comparative theologist' like Allan Watts. I enjoy comparing and contrasting all religions, but don't hold firm and true to any one.

2009-04-13 [Boomnesss]: lol, so you have no real concrete beliefs? xD ...thats sounds very wishy washy

2009-04-24 [Eccentrifuge]: Apologies, I may offend someone in my following rebuttal:

Well, not to seem too harsh, but I believe that a person who devotes themselves entirely to only one thing (not even necessarily a religion) with no open mind or willingness to learn is the wishy-washy one, if not downright naive.
And for clarification, while I don't hold concrete to any one religion, I believe that every (and yes I mean every) religion is right in some aspects. In addition, I have grown up with a fairly strong Christian base in my life. I just choose to acknowledge that other theologies offer ways to better ourselves and valuable lessons to be learnt.
Thus, every religion is right and wrong in some ways. I’m not seeking the perfect religion, just more knowledge.
Therefore, you will please excuse me if wanting to become more educated falls under the category of ‘Wishy-Washy”. I merely thought that because I have no biases for or against Christianity, I could make an adequate spokesperson for our team.

And for the record, perhaps could we keep the debate place a wiki free of attacks, however mild or harmless? As far as I know, this was a place to debate the merits and drawbacks on any particular topic, less than a measure of who’s right and who’s wrong.
Plus, we’re all on the same side here. We don’t wanna be tearing each others heads off, we’re supposed to think as a collective unit.
