what have you done?
a shadow of chaos as emotions scream.
once we enjoyed heaven,
innocent and open,
but your thirst died.
a hateful pool of lies -
tears follow memory, follow death,
love taken away.
in a storm of hatred,

Slender beams of moonlight enter
this darkened church as I kneel,
always alone, always in pain,
frozen here,
waiting.

Tortured forms wrought in panes of glass loom as
dust dances in the air,
forming an image in my mind,
penetrating my shamed soul.

Blood on my face.

I raise my head, now kneeling before
this uncaring fate.
