Birthday winners
Elfpack birthday 3 contest has ended.
Winner
[
Amaranthine] If I had 10k to spend on elfpackers, I'd buy a small island, rent a huge boat, ship everyone to the island, and have an awesome tropical elfpack birthday party. Come on! Who doesn't like beach parties!? (There will be girls in bikinis!)
Second place
[
Bookwyrm] If I had $10,000, I would buy...WORLD PEACE! And by WORLD PEACE, I mean parts for an Elfpack that never goes down, never lags, and gains tons of fantastic members every day...oh and anime, foot pron, and fuzzy kitties for everyone. ^^
Third place
[
Nevermore.]: If i had 10,000 to spend I would throw a massive Elfpack-meet at my grans house, and pay for the flights over...discoun
ted of course. It would be a red carpet event! Everyone would have to look snazzy!
Side news
Make sure to watch wiki-pages and members, and that you have set your account to email you when something is updated! Otherwise you might miss something important... Like when that cute boy uploads a new photo!
Elfpack is never closed down for backups anymore since last week. Backups are still done though, so don't worry about that! Date: 2008-01-18 23:08:57

Put images in your friends' presentations!
Yes, you read right! You can put pictures of your friends in their presentations by tagging photos in the wiki. You shouldn't use this to harass them, of course, but you can have some fun with it.
How to tag a photo:
1) Upload a photo album by going to your house and then press "Upload a folder of images" on top.
2) When you come to the edit-page, you write a member-link (Like [
Hedda]) in the text under the photo where your friend is pictured. Example: "Here is [
Hedda] doing a face."
(Note: You must use "Edit per box" with this method! See below!)
Now the image and a link to your photo-page is in your friend's house. See the end of [Hedda]'s presentation and the last image on Lilopacking for an example!
In case you already have a photo on a wiki-page or don't want to use "edit per box"
Write the user-link in parenthesis directly after the image. Example:
<img100:img/photo/1_1176987547.jpg>(This is [hedda])
And then this image will appear in that member's house.
General note: The wiki-page must be exported and free for everyone to see!Date: 2007-10-16 17:52:24

Aligning images and tables
You can now align images by using LIMG and RIMG instead of the normal IMG-tag.
See
align example.
Update:
You can also use tables now. it's simplified compared to HTML, so you write | (pipe) for a new column and --- (3 minus) for a new row. Example:
<table>Column 1|Column 2 --- First data | second data</table>
And it becomes:
See
<URI:pseudo_html.html> for more.
