History:Kouvu's father was a general his whole life, dieing in battle when Kouve was younger. Kouvu was raised by his mother, but she had to deal with three other sex driven children, so for the most part he was left alone. All he ever wanted in life was to become a council member, but first he had to prove he wasn't a war hungry monster like his father..

Position: Council member for almost twenty years. Used to be a scholar.
Personality: Ferociously loyal but When Wisdom takes over he becomes like an older and wiser person and when power takes hold he becomes reckless and angry.
Powers: He has increased strength well beyond that of a normal fey due to having power within him and due to his increased ability to be in touch with nature he has full control and manipulation over lightning. Due to the spirit of wisdom inside of him he can also see and communicate with apparitions stuck on the mortal plains.
History: He was born into a council family. At age 57 he learned of the spirits that his parents had infused him with. His mind would sometimes 'black out' but as he grew he became a part of the spirits as the spirits infused themselves in him. There is no way to tell the three apart now. They are one being. His parents were attacked by a group of knights and slain but when his life was in danger Power took hold and utterly obliterated the entire group by merely picking up a stick shaped like a bo staff and swinging it twice. He hates knights for this incident.
