2008-01-06 [Ubuntu]: I'll promise to add more [Dwemer], cut me some slack will ye xD

2008-01-08 [Dan In A Box]: Good choice :D

2008-01-09 [Ubuntu]: Thanks Dan =D I'm liking it aswell =P

2008-01-12 [._]: Time to try BSD...
Linux is not UNIX...and not half as good.

2008-01-21 [chugnut]: Yay! Ubuntu!

2008-01-22 [._]: ...fire in the hole

2008-01-22 [Ubuntu]: Omg, VMWARE costs 169 USD o.O ?!

2008-01-22 [._]: which is totally not worth a dime of that...
be grateful though, IRIX costs something like 629 USD
IBM AIX is simply unaffordable...
Windows kicks around the same price as IRIX and isn't capable of anything but running dumb FTP servers and sending ping of death packets to other Windows users (then of course there's the Messenger)
Oh yeah...you COULD get Ubuntu for free...just like Debian, Fedora, or any other useless version of Linux...which is more like Windows than anything else (yes, even the kernel)

Oh yeah...did I mention FreeBSD? It's better than OS X and it's free. At least IT doesn't load core graphics at the secure login shell (which means I get a free ROOT login if I can code something stoopid to type "Ctrl-Alt-Backspace" fast enough for me).

you got me ringin' hells' bells.

2008-01-22 [Ubuntu]: : / Damn that's alot. But I did hear Ubuntu has a free 'sort-of' VMWARE server :O

2008-01-22 [._]: why would you want VMWARE anyways? it'll clog up whatever CPU time you get...then square the hard disk space and swap partition (meaning your hard drive will be spinning and clicking for hours on)...and really...most software is cross platform simply because compilers out there produce the most horrible code out there.
And by the way...I have a blue shirt and it's awesome...because i'm wearing it XD
well, maybe i did write much...sorry enough?
