Adoption Form

Simply fill out all the following questions and either send them to me or just post them below (sending is better), if you have ANY questions, please feel free to ask me.

1. Do you have a picture of yourself that clearly shows how you look? (NOT only Yes/No. If yes, attach link or way in which I can get access to it)

2. Do you want to be purchased by males or females (or both)?

3. Is there anything in particular that you don't want anyone to know? (Samm, the previous owner added this question. It's optional, but answering constructively will help me avoid certain topics in your adoption page.)

4. Is there anything in particular that you do want them to know?

5. Are you comfortable being asked personal questions?

6. What is your personality like? (<(m.m)> Be honest here, and no "i'm da sexxiest guy/girl evah!" Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.)

7. If you were any type of animal, what would you be? (Lame question, I know. Animals include common and mystical creatures with the exception of vampires, witches, faeries/fairies/faes and others with such strong human resemblances. No, a robot or droid is not an animal.)

8. What is your "social status"? (Are you married, involved, single-looking, single-content, poly? I need to know!)

9.What are your hobbies?

10. Do you know any stories you think might be interesting to know? (APPROPRIATE ANECDOTES ONLY!)

11. Add anything you think we might have missed.

- Notice, although your owner will most likely ask you questions, it is not required that you tell them anything you think might lead them to where you live. We love our adopted members and we don't want any of you to be stalked.

Ok, you are done, send the answers and I will get back to you later with anything else I might need to know and your results. All you need to do now is wait.
