You try to run,
You try to hide,
You run as far as you can,
You hide everywhere you can,

But he still chases you,
He still finds you,
He can run faster,
He knows where you are,

Your running from the pain,
Your hiding from the truth,
Your tired of running,
Your tired of hiding,

He says your the one,
He says he needs you, that it will never happen again,
But he says it after has left welts and bruises and broken ribs on you,

You sy one thing wrong,
You do one thing wrong,
He hits you, which feels like hours on end,
But you still stay with him,

You want to run,
You want to hide,
But you say your scared,
Scared of wat he will do,

You take his abuse,
Cause you believe your his everything,
You believe him when he tells you this,

How long will it take you to understand,
How long with you take his abuse,
No more running,
No more hiding,

Its time to get help,
Its time to be not afraid anymore,
No more running or hiding,
Get help for yourself,

Because there just might not be another time,
