4/ [phoenixborn] As someone who's been lucky enough to escape any serious abuse myself I consider myself incredibly lucky. But I know so many who weren't so lucky, and have seen the after affects, the damage to thier lives no matter how much time passes. Something has to be done to stop these people before they can ruin the lives of another innocent child.
5/[Demon in my View]- Child Abuse is usually not recognized because people think they shouldn't mess with a family's life and that the parents/guardians should raise them like they want to. It's completely absurd and unacceptable. Even if that parent doesn't like the child or uses the child, someone has to do something about it.

11/[A.B.A.] I was emotionally abused and one day hope to create a system to stop unnecessary use of psychiatric drugs on children, due to neglect on the parents behalf, the side-effects of these medicines can be fatal even if the child needs them, it's even worse if the parent uses them as an alternative to actually raising the child.
12/[bsosos.xX] i was also emotionally abused as a child. it was by my father. when i turned 16 i decided to leave. but the problem is now its happening to my little brothers. i miss them.
13/[The Critter] I was not abused by family or friends, but by those who saught to help me. Councelers, Social workers, people who believed only what they want to believe, no matter how many things look wrong but are actually correct.

19/ [Deg] I know that I don't have it nearly as bad as 99% of abused children, but I do to some degree know what it feels like. My heart goes out to those who have EVER been made to feel like they aren't enough, no matter how or for what or how harshly. It's WRONG to hurt others, to ANY degree.
