The Warden will select a winner among all the entries. If he feels he is unable to declare a single winner, he will open a public poll for his favorite entries. For winning this competition, you will be declared the new Queen of Elfpack and be given all the rights in accordance with, being:
- Full Donor Rights (Colors and no image limit) The runner up will be given permanent standing full donor rights, and a competition winners' badge. Everyone who enters this competition will be awarded with three Togs for use in the Tog Shop, and two-weeks of color rights on Elfpack.
